Job Title: Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience)

Location: Argentina (Remote)

Client: U.S.-based accounting firm

Compensation: Paid in USD

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in QuickBooks Online, and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing

  • Assist with payroll processing and sales tax filings

  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards

  • Communicate with clients to clarify financial information and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper working with U.S. clients

  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles (basic level is fine)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple client accounts

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other accounting tools (e.g. Gusto, , Hubdoc)

  • Knowledge of payroll and sales tax regulations in the U.S.
