Senior Bookkeeper Remote (Argentina)

Full-time | U.S. Clients | Paid in USD

Were looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join a U.S.-based accounting firm. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates located in Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of U.S.-based clients across various industries
  • Handle the full accounting cycle: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks (Online)
  • Collaborate with CPAs and team members to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Communicate directly with clients via email and video calls

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
