Misión del rol:
-Implementar los productos y servicios ofrecidos con un enfoque clave en la integración y automatización del entorno de TI de los clientes.
-Comprender y resolver las incidencias asignadas de complejidad media/alta, respetando el SLA acordado con el cliente.
-Proporcionar a los clientes liderazgo técnico en el relevamiento, instalación, configuración e implementación de los productos y servicios de Wetcom S.A.
Requisitos:Estudiantes avanzados y/o graduados afines a sistemas.Inglés técnico avanzado deseable.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en rol similar, con fuertes conocimientos de infraestructura y desarrollo (excluyente).Fuertes habilidades de scripting en Python / JavaScript o Powershell.Experiencia en el trabajo con contenedores Docker, Kubernetes o Ansible Tower (excluyente).Conocimientos de sistemas de gestión de código fuente (Git).Experiencia con nubes públicas (Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google, AWS).Conocimientos de networking (LAN, FIREWALLS, Loadbalancer, NAT).Tecnologías deseadas (no excluyentes): vSphere, vCenter Server, NSX, Vrealize Automation, vrealize operations, VSAN, LogInsight, Lifecycle Manager.
