We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our US Tax team for Partnerships & Corporations. In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Lead, counsel, and train teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality tax services, including compliance processes, technology design, and industry expertise.
  • Stay informed on current tax practices and emerging technologies.
  • Engage in business development opportunities and contribute to compliance pursuits.
  • Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including project budgets, resource planning, and financial metrics.
  • Preparation of workpapers, K-1s and Income Tax Returns (1065, 1120, 1120-F), including other forms required by the IRS (8990, 8082, 8886, among others).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • EA o Enrolled Agent, (Nice to have).
  • 8 years of recent tax compliance experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
  • Expertise in taxation of partnerships, corporations, consolidations, and ASC 740.
  • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with MS Office and third-party tax reporting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
