WHY JOIN US

If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape a scalable data lakehouse and analytics platform that drives smarter decisions across multiple product lines. You'll influence strategy from day one, guiding agile teams and uniting stakeholders around impactful data capabilities. This opportunity allows you to build a high-value foundation for advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and long-term product innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product Definition
  • Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the data lakehouse and analytics platform;
  • Align stakeholders across multiple product lines on shared goals and outcomes;
  • Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, reporting, and data monetization;
  • Ideate and define approaches encompassing both batch and streaming ETL methods, ensuring flexibility and scalability across data ingestion and transformation;
  • Define opportunities to deliver valuable insights through the use of AI and other analytical tools.
Execution & Delivery
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams;
  • Prioritize backlog items to maximize impact across four product lines;
  • Lead the product development lifecycle—from discovery and MVP definition through launch and iteration;
  • Ensure the platform supports both batch and real-time (streaming) data pipelines, accounting for performance and scalability requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with engineering, data engineering, and BI teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant data solutions;
  • Partner with product line leaders to ensure the platform meets cross-functional needs;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding platform capabilities.
Measurement & Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business value;
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and market research.
MUST HAVES
  • 3+ years managing data analytics, BI, or data platform projects as a Product Manager (or equivalent role);
  • 2+ years working directly in agile scrum teams with hands-on involvement in sprint cycles and backlog grooming;
  • Proven ability to deliver outcomes in a cross-functional, matrixed organization;
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in building and launching complex data products;
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures (data warehouses, lakehouses, batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines);
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI);
  • Familiarity with LLM, ML, and other AI capabilities;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—able to balance the needs of multiple product lines;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, greenfield environments;
  • Business Analysis Expertise: Strong experience writing use cases, user stories, and business requirements for technology projects;
  • Communication & Persuasion: Skilled in aligning diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating consensus through data, empathy, and influence;
  • Time Management: Highly organized, with a bias for action and ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines;
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating complex systems, ambiguity, and legacy constraints to craft practical, user-centric solutions;
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Able to track dependencies, manage scope, and avoid rework through disciplined execution and documentation;
  • English: Upper-intermediate level.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Experience with modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro);
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and system modernization efforts;

  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or multi-product organizations;
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics use cases;
  • Technical proficiency in SQL or data querying to support product discovery;
  • Familiarity with columnar data formats such as Parquet, and query engines like Amazon Athena and Apache Trino;
