**The Role**: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our AI product strategy, driving innovation, and overseeing the development and execution of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team. You will act as the liaison between the client, stakeholders, and the "BF" development team, translating business needs into actionable tasks for the technical team while ensuring quality and tracking progress. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of AI specialists, including data scientists, data engineers, and product developers. - Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations. - Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards. - Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the development team. - Develop and maintain a dynamic AI product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. - Act as the main point of contact between the client and the development team. - Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and expectations. - Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality standards are met. - Ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and are integrated with other systems. - Develop and maintain product documentation. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products. - Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. - Experience working with agile development methodologies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and development teams. - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of software development tools and project management software. **Preferred Skills** - Certification in Agile/Scrum. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). - Technical background or understanding.
