Learn more at getbuilt.com: Built Technologies is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Construction Finance team in Argentina. You will be joining an all-star PM team focused on developing SaaS products for our largest customer base, Lenders & Owners, and more specifically, how construction projects are financed and how capital is deployed into those projects. Built’s is the market leader for products in this space and we need someone to meaningfully expand and grow these product lines. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for identifying product expansion opportunities as well as investing in how we evolve our products from where they are today to where they are going with agentic workflows. You will partner heavily with product managers owning discrete customer experiences to ensure that the way users collaborate on projects and deals in our ecosystem is streamlined and effective ultimately resulting in exponential growth over time. You'll be paired with a world class engineering and product design team as you deliver on a roadmap. Finally, you will partner with our Go-To-Market teams to bring your products to life, ensuring customers adopt them and love them. In this role, you will: - Work tirelessly to listen to and understand our customers – their challenges, problems and pain points – and invent solutions which they may not yet be able to envision for themselves - Own the roadmap for construction lending products and prioritize based on feedback from customers, internal brainstorms and competitor analysis. - Own the evolution of these products from where they are today to being fully agentic and AI native. - Partner with GTM teams to identify strategic opportunities where we can offer free or paid experiences with different stakeholders - Manage execution from your engineering teams, providing high quality PRDs, grooming backlogs and planning sprints. - Present your plans to leadership. Reason about prioritization and dive into details as needed. - Be a partner to your engineering, data and design counterparts, providing them details they need to be successful. - Provide feedback on engineering designs and champion customer needs while driving hard implementation level trade-offs. - Be a core part of changing how the built world works through innovative products that make it easier, faster and more efficient to build Who You Are: - Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in building products in innovative growth stage companies - Creative problem solver and a relentless prioritizer - In the details, with strong technical acumen and analytical chops - Bring proven experience in successful product led growth and growth hacking - Experienced in running strong PDLC practices - Strong cross-functional partner who builds trust through diligence - Experienced in B2B SaaS product development and sales cycles - Preferably, you have background in real estate finance, construction or a similar domain - The rare opportunity to radically disrupt a $1.5T industry - 401k with match and expedited vesting - Robust compensation package, including equity in the form of stock options - Flexible working hours, paid family leave, ERGs & Mentorship opportunities - Learning grant program to support ongoing professional development Built brings together passionate people who are driven in a variety of disciplines, each bringing their unique perspective to everything they do.
