Queremos que formes parte de nuestro equipo

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona que tenga experiencia en tareas contables (pago a proveedores y cobranzas) para importante empresa multinacional del rubro Fintech.

¿Cuáles son las principales tareas y responsabilidades de la posición?

  • La ejecución del día a día con impacto en la mejora de procesos.
  • Liderar la facturación mensual de merchants —Cross-Border y Local to Local— incluyendo minimum fees, fees de procesamiento y ajustes mediante notas de crédito y débito
  • Gestionar intercompany
  • Emitir notas de crédito/débito con trazabilidad
  • Llevar el seguimiento de cobranzas para mejorar el Aging
  • Colaborar en controles y evidencias SOX, manteniendo los tableros en Monday y aportando a los KPIs del equipo.

¿Qué condiciones laborales te ofrecemos para la posición?

  • Jornada full time de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: remoto.
  • Contrato por tiempo determinado por 3 meses (con posibilidad de renovación).


Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 3 años en Billing/Accounts Receivable.

  • Conocimiento end-to-end de procesos de administración/finanzas y buenas prácticas de cierre.

  • Manejo de Excel avanzado y comodidad trabajando con datos y conciliaciones.

  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado para interacción con stakeholders globales; portugués es un plus.

  • Capacidad de priorización, atención al detalle y comunicación efectiva.

  • Perfil proactivo.

  • Conocimientos de SAP.

  • Conocimiento de controles SOX aplicados a AR/Billing es valorado.

  • Implementación de mejoras/automatizaciones que reduzcan tiempos de ciclo y errores es valorado
