The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data related to accounts payable and managing the travel and expense process. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and AP operations, including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and travel management.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams. This position involves processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards, and supporting business growth by optimizing AP processes and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Process financial transactions and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and verify company records in accordance with organizational policies and industry privacy standards.
  • Adhere to strict privacy guidelines to protect confidentiality and support accounting procedures.
  • Organize and prioritize accounting tasks to ensure timely submission of critical documents.
  • Handle complex transactions and organize financial data into clear, readable formats.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the P2P area, support P2P managers, respond to various communications, and assist in managing forecasts and driving business growth.
  • Play a key role in the month-end close process, including SOX support review and variance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Language:
    Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
