Summary

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for billing and monitoring ESET LATAM collections, so that the balances receivable reflects the parameters established by the Company. The Accounts Receivable Analyst also performs various tasks to support the monthly accounting closings.

Job description

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Be responsible for the ESET LATAM billing process, in accordance with the corporate regulations and procedures.
• Manage and monitor pending collections by analyzing the current Clients' accounts.
• Prepare internal and external sales reports and accounts receivable reports on a regional basis.
• Reconcile the information of all the corporate systems involved in sales and billing globally.
• Manage the tax withholdings on payments abroad of the different Latin American countries.
• Be responsible for the elaboration of internal procedures related to billing and collections, enforcing their compliance.
• Participate in the monthly accounting closings by carrying out specific accounting tasks.
• Comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
• Integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.

• Complete tertiary or incomplete university studies in Economics Experience:
• At least 1 year working experience performing administrative tasks in the Administration and Finance Areas Knowledge:
• Use of management systems
• Use of Office Package Language:
