We are seeking a
Managing Director
to lead the company's operations in Argentina, with full responsibility for business performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the
General Manager,
this position oversees all key functions including commercial, operations, production, finance, and human resources.

The role's main objective is to
drive profitable growth
, strengthen operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with the Group's corporate policies and governance standards. This is a
transformational leadership role
with a mandate to bring renewed energy to the organization, optimize structures and processes, and enhance profitability.

In addition, the position will lead
confidential strategic initiatives
, including the evaluation of the company's production operations and the assessment of potential restructuring or reconfiguration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring all areas are aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of accountability for the local operation, reporting directly to regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial, and operational standards.
  • Foster collaboration across key functions (sales, finance, supply chain, production, HR) to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that promote sustainable growth in local and international markets.
  • Hold full
    P&L responsibility
    , including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and strategic investment planning.
  • Oversee internal team and process restructuring to enhance agility, decision-making, and overall effectiveness.
  • Maintain and expand key customer relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead the evaluation of the company's local production structure and operations, including potential realignment or consolidation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum
    10 years of executive-level experience
    , with full commercial and operational accountability.
  • Strong background in
    sales, business development, and operational management
    within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience leading
    organizational change and business transformation
    to improve profitability.
  • Financially astute, with solid experience managing
    P&L, budgets, and forecasts

  • Skilled in leading cross-functional, high-performance teams.
  • Experience working within
    multinational or regional corporate structures
