We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 
Tech Bar Program Coordinator
 to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to the 
Tech Spec Program
, where you will manage scheduling logistics, implement and document updates to course materials, and craft communications for both program participants and stakeholders. As part of the team, you will support the continuous improvement of our program through participant feedback and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Scheduling and Logistics
    : Coordinate and manage the scheduling of Tech Bar program sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
  • Course Materials
    : Implement, update, and document changes to course materials as required. Ensure content is current, clear, and accessible.
  • Communications
    : Draft and disseminate communications to program participants and stakeholders, ensuring all messaging aligns with program objectives and timelines.
  • Feedback and Reporting
    : Design and administer surveys to gather participant feedback, analyze results, and assist in preparing comprehensive program reports.
  • Automation Support
    : Contribute to the automation of key program processes to drive efficiency and improve the participant experience.

Skills & Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with communication tools and techniques (email, newsletters, etc.).
  • Ability to design and administer surveys, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
