Desde 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗼 Buscamos un/a
Implementation Manager
para sumarse al equipo de una
multinacional líder en telecomunicaciones,
encargado de liderar la ejecución en campo de proyectos de telecomunicaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y objetivos operativos. El rol requiere trabajar con modalidad 100% presencial en CABA (Centro) y excelente manejo del idioma inglés, excluyente

𝗦𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼:

  • Gestionar la implementación de proyectos desde la planificación hasta la ejecución final.
  • Coordinar subcontratistas, ingenieros de sitio y equipos técnicos.
  • Controlar avances diarios y asegurar el cumplimiento de cronogramas.
  • Resolver desvíos técnicos y operativos durante la ejecución.
  • Actuar como nexo entre planificación, operación y clientes internos/externos.
  • Garantizar estándares de calidad, seguridad y reporting.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝘀:

  • Formación en
    Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Civil
    , o técnico con experiencia comprobable.
  • +4 años de experiencia en
    implementación / construcción / despliegue de proyectos de telecom
    .
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y toma de decisiones.
  • Conocimiento del negocio telecom y operación en campo.
