We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do

In this role, you'll:

  • Design and version assets for CRM journeys and campaigns (lifecycle, promos, cross/upsell, reactivation).
  • Systematic A/B testing of creatives (copy+art, formats, layout, animation).
  • Implement and maintain design systems specific to CRM (modules, components).
  • Analyze creative performance and propose hypotheses for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt campaigns to different markets (AR/BR/others) while preserving Betwarrior brand consistency.
  • Comply with regulations and legal guidelines for each country.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 3–5 years in design for CRM / growth / performance (ideal: gaming, betting, or high-volume e-commerce).
  • Experience in digital companies such as sports betting, online casino or fintechs.
  • Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS code for email design.
  • Proficient language skills in Portuguese and/or English.
  • Advanced level in Adobe Suite and/or Figma; knowledge of light motion (GIF/MP4) and asset weight optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Xtremepush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and email/Push limitations.
  • Solid ability to read metrics and make data-driven creative decisions.

Bonus points if you also have

  • Knowledge of email accessibility and dark mode.
