We're hiring a Freelance Graphic Designer to support the content engine behind GBS Group and our startup brand, LLC Hub. This role focuses on the execution and design of high-quality visual assets across our digital channels.

You will work inside the Shared Services team and report to the Marketing Manager. We will provide you with the basic guidelines, including copies, captions, and creative direction, and you will be responsible for bringing them to life through design.

Responsibilities

Design & Execution

  • Create on-brand visual assets for GBS Group and LLC Hub based on provided briefs, copies, and captions.
  • Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including carousels, static posts, and stories.
  • Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets as needed.
  • Ensure all designs align with the visual identity of the respective brand (GBS Group or LLC Hub).

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Receive and interpret creative briefs and basic guidelines to produce polished assets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
  • Maintain clean systems and file management in Google Drive.
  • Deliver final assets in a timely manner according to agreed-upon deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer for business or professional brands.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, layout, and typography.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
    • Ability to work with different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Kind Candor: Ability to receive direct feedback to improve creative output.
    • Find Solutions: Ability to operate quickly and solve design problems without constant supervision.
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control.
