About the Role

Latino Legends is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading U.S. marketing agency known for delivering innovative, high-impact design solutions for global brands.

The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with the ability to transform brand guidelines and marketing materials into visually stunning and effective digital and print assets. Our client is a U.S.-based marketing agency specializing in helping top automotive and consumer brands accelerate growth through powerful, data-driven campaigns. Their design team plays a key role in shaping brand identities and delivering assets that captivate audiences across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs for web, digital, and print campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to gather creative assets and develop cohesive design concepts.
  • Produce email templates, digital banners, and direct mail pieces aligned with brand standards.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective layouts, mockups, and wireframes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Manage co-op and compliance requirements for partner campaigns.
  • Refine and optimize ad templates based on performance and new technologies.
  • Ensure all design files meet digital and press production standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or production-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) — experience with Creatopy or The Brief is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print file preparation.
  • Experience creating online display ads is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
