Account Manager, Retail, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish to engage with clients in the region.
- 3 years of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R or Python.
- Experience with data analytics or online experimentation via A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this impact, leveraging your profound understanding of online media, sharp communication skills, and investigative prowess to drive business expansion for clients in the book of business. Responsibilities- Engage and influence executive customer leadership and key stakeholders by leading discussions to uncover business objectives, issues, and marketing goals, translating them into actionable, high-impact strategies.
- Build and pitch data-driven advertising solutions to maximize customer value, expertly handle objections, and consistently achieve business growth goals for Google's advertising solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in measurement solutions (e.g., incrementality, MMM, attribution) to test, measure, and quantify the business impact of recommendations, ensuring performance is accurately tracked and delivering measurable results.
- Analyze performance data to extract key insights, identify and quantify new, innovative growth opportunities, and cultivate qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining excellent account health and hygiene.
