Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Consultor/a de Change Management para colaborar en un importante proyecto SAP S/4HANA de nuestro cliente del rubro Oil & Gas.

Inicio estimado: 8 de agosto
Duración: 5 meses
Dedicación: Full-time
Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días on-site en CABA)

Rol: Consultor/a de Change Management Proyecto S/4HANA
En esta oportunidad, buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia en gestión del cambio, capaz de acompañar al negocio en un proceso de transformación profunda, orientado a la adopción y sostenibilidad del cambio.

Requisitos clave
Experiencia comprobable en proyectos SAP S/4HANA (mínimo 2)
Enfoque en:
  Impactos Organizacionales
  Capacitación y Comunicación
  Gestión de Stakeholders
Disponibilidad para trabajar on-site 3 días por semana en CABA

Responsabilidades
Diseñar e implementar estrategias de gestión del cambio para acompañar la transición al nuevo modelo S/4
Identificar impactos organizacionales y definir planes de acción
Coordinar iniciativas de comunicación y capacitación a usuarios clave
Gestionar expectativas de stakeholders y facilitar la adopción del cambio
