Ecolab is seeking a Billing Analyst to join its Global Business Services team, which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

What You Will Do:

· Posting and analyze invoices from US and Canada transactions into Customer's Portals.

· Customer's AR analysis.

· Provide support to internal inquiries.

· Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values.

· Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Billing metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

· +2 years of experience in Billing teams

· English written & oral (Intermediate and up) - mandatory

· Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)

· No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Enrolled in a Bachelor's program, with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.

· SAP knowledge is a plus.

· Power BI is a plus.

· Process oriented.

· Ability to analyze data.

· Strong interpersonal skills.
