You'll support medium to large-scale commercial real estate projects while developing core competencies in project coordination, client service, and financial management under structured mentorship.Your day-to-day tasks will include:• Assist senior project managers with project planning, scheduling, and execution while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and vendors• Process and track project invoices, billing schedules, and monitor accounts receivable with follow-up on outstanding payments• Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverable tracking, and prepare project status reports and presentations• Utilize project management software (Ingenious, MS Project, Smartsheet) and maintain data accuracy in CRM and project tracking systems• Participate in client meetings, project site visits, and support budget tracking with expense reporting• Generate reports using Excel, PowerBI, and other business intelligence tools while supporting financial summaries and variance reports• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support junior team members while participating in training and professional development programsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field• 0-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related field• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Core competencies including client focus, collaboration, adaptability, integrity, and learning agility• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications• Experience with commercial real estate project management or construction industry• Familiarity with financial systems and accounts receivable processes• Previous internship or co-op experience in related field• Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence reporting tools• Knowledge of project management software platforms beyond basic Microsoft Project• Understanding of commercial real estate industry practices and terminologyLocation: On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
