IT Lead
vas a tener la oportunidad de colaborar con el crecimiento del ecosistema de medios de pago, servicios financieros y fintech.


Este es el desafío que te proponemos:

  • Liderar y guiar al equipo técnico en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas que estén alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Asegurar la calidad y la mejora continua de los procesos, garantizando que las soluciones sean eficientes y competitivas.
  • Gestionar de manera efectiva los proyectos, mitigando riesgos y colaborando con las partes interesadas para cumplir con los compromisos establecidos.
  • Monitorear y evaluar de forma continua las soluciones tecnológicas adoptadas por el equipo.
  • Implementar y mantener un proceso de revisión de código y asegurarse de que se sigan las mejores prácticas y estándares técnicos en todos los proyectos, velando por la mejora continua y calidad técnica del equipo.
  • Participar activamente en la planificación del backlog, brindando la experiencia técnica para evaluar la viabilidad, complejidad y riesgos asociados a las épicas y user stories.
  • Supervisar y gestionar los compromisos del equipo en relación con los plazos y la calidad de los proyectos.
  • Definir junto con el Product Owner (PO) la priorización del backlog técnico, teniendo en cuenta la deuda técnica, la evolución del producto y las expectativas del negocio.


¿Qué skills necesitas?

  • Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia en la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos tecnológicos complejos en tiempo y forma, trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de stakeholders internos y externos, y en la creación de estrategias para la priorización de tareas y la toma de decisiones.
  • Visión para alinear la estrategia tecnológica con los objetivos de negocio.
  • Amplio entendimiento de arquitecturas de software, incluyendo arquitecturas basadas en microservicios, soluciones en la nube, y plataformas híbridas.
  • Amplia experiencia en desarrollo.
  • Dominio en diseño e implementación de soluciones escalables y sostenibles.
