About The Role
We're partnering with an
IT Program Manager & Data Analytics Lead
to join a leading outdoor living construction company based in the Pacific Northwest, USA.

This is not a "keep-the-lights-on" IT role. You'll be instrumental in
leading the client company's first-ever full tech transformation
, designing, building, and scaling systems and analytics capabilities from scratch to support rapid business growth. Your work will directly influence critical decisions in Sales, Operations, Finance, and more, helping a growing construction business make smarter, data-informed decisions.

This is a
hybrid role
: onboarding will begin with 3 in-person days in Buenos Aires, followed by one weekly office day. The professional will work closely with the client's U.S.-based leadership across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of the client's company's tech stack across CRM, accounting, expense management, and analytics systems
  • Implement and manage business intelligence tools (Power BI, Domo) and middleware (e.g., Zapier)
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementations
  • Oversee cross-functional IT and data programs across departments
  • Define project scope, milestones, schedules, and resource plans
  • Ensure data governance, integrity, and quality across systems
  • Communicate program status, progress, and risks to leadership
  • Lead data integration and reporting initiatives that directly support business operations

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who thrives on building structures where there is someone who can translate business needs into digital solutions, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a growing company.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Expert in data analytics, data integration, and systems optimization
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI), automation tools (Zapier), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Strong communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced or evolving environments

What We Offer

  • Full-time, hybrid position based in Buenos Aires
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am6:00pm PST (flexible within that range)
  • Competitive salary: $3000 - $4000/month (USD), based on experience and level
