Responsibilities
- Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers;
- Tracking recruitment team productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Participating in creating/updating recruitment-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;
- Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, and availability of candidates on the market
- Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
- Making sure that the team members follow all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements, and processes
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
- Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
- Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
- Highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and vacancy promotion on the market
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment;
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry;
- Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Service and delivery approach;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
- Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges;
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
