About you The Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition will design and implement talent‑acquisition strategies, ensuring optimal resourcing for our teams and projects. You will manage a well‑coordinated team of 7‑9 mid‑ and senior‑level recruiters and sourcers who work distributed and remotely, responsible for a diverse portfolio of recruitments within the company. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Serve as a strategic partner to the Operations VP and foster relationships with Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to execute a global hiring strategy. Build, lead, mentor, and develop the recruiting team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide training, knowledge sharing, and regular coaching through one‑on‑ones and performance reports. Monitor TA metrics, service‑level agreements, and ensure their achievement. Maintain team morale and productivity, offering direction and counseling aligned with company values. Communication with Stakeholders Maintain regular communication with sales, marketing, VPs, Directors, and Client Partners to understand market realities, go‑to‑market strategies, and client needs. Share a deep understanding of company work segments and respective positions within the team. Strategic Planning & Collaboration Proactively address internal and external hiring needs, collaborating with support functions to resolve emerging employment issues. Spearhead global initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline to meet SLAs and hire high‑quality candidates. Enhance the employer brand by updating the careers website, refining job descriptions, and optimizing recruitment tools. Collaborate with HR to build competitive compensation and benefits benchmarks across regions. Reporting, Analytics & Process Optimization Oversee preparation of recruitment performance reports (duration, quality, turnover). Ensure effective use of recruitment tools (HubSpot, GreenHouse, hiring boards) and optimize processes within budget constraints. Budget & Resource Management Manage talent‑acquisition budgets and resource allocation for cost‑effective operations while meeting recruitment targets. Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Public Administration, or Law. Seven (7) years of experience in recruitment management within the technology industry. Experience supervising staff (training, development, evaluation) for 5–8 years. Proficiency with HubSpot and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience with global hiring initiatives and talent‑pipeline development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
