Tu misión principal será liberar el tiempo y la energía de nuestro CEO, permitindole enfocarse en el futuro del negocio mientras vos aseguras que todo lo demás funcione como un reloj suizo.  Responsabilidades
  • Organizar y optimizar la agenda del CEO, priorizando lo estratégico y actuando como el filtro clave para solicitudes y reuniones.
  • Coordinar viajes (itinerarios, vuelos, hoteles) y eventos, anticipando cualquier necesidad antes de que ocurra.
  • Manejo de gastos, facturas, redacción de documentos y presentaciones.
  • Representar al CEO con profesionalismo, empatía y calidez ante partners, clientes y el equipo interno.
  • Manejar información sensible con criterio y total discreción. Serás una persona de máxima confianza.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia: +2 años en roles de Asistente Ejecutivo/a, Office Manager o posiciones donde la organización haya sido tu superpoder.
  • Tech-savvy: Dominio fluido de Google Calendar, Notion, Zoom, Slack y herramientas de productividad.
  • Anticipación y Criterio: No esperás a que te digan qué hacer; ves el problema dos pasos antes y traés la solución lista.
  • Comunicación: Excelente redacción y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Inglés: Nivel intermedio/avanzado (oral y escrito) es obligatorio para coordinaciones internacionales.
  • Soft Skills: Inteligencia emocional, adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos y una mentalidad "get things done".
