We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Legal Associate
to join BRESH and play a key role in making our events happen around the world.

BRESH produces live events, experiences, and brand partnerships across multiple countries and regions — and behind every party, there is a contract that needs to be in place. This role is all about ensuring that
no event, sponsorship, or activation goes live without the right legal foundations
.

You'll be at the center of our global operations, working closely with Production, Sponsorships, Marketing, and Finance teams to make sure every event and partnership is properly contracted, tracked, and approved. From venues and suppliers to sponsors and collaborators, your work will directly enable BRESH to operate at scale, across geographies, with clarity and order.

, real business operations, and the day-to-day reality of running events worldwide — not from a desk, but from inside the action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Event & Sponsorship Contract Management.
    Draft, review, adapt, and manage contracts related to events, venues, suppliers, artists, and brand sponsors, ensuring all parties are properly contracted before each event takes place.
  • Contract Tracking & Follow-up.
    Own the tracking of contract status (drafted, sent, signed, pending), follow up with internal teams and external counterparts, and ensure no event or activation moves forward without a signed agreement.
  • Template & Process Support.
    Work with existing contract templates, adapt them to specific cases, and help improve basic contract processes to make execution faster and more reliable.
  • Coordination with External Counsel.
    Support and coordinate with external legal advisors for more complex matters, ensuring alignment, proper documentation, and timely responses.
  • Internal Legal Support.
    Answer day-to-day legal questions from internal teams related to contracts, approvals, and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Basic Compliance & Documentation.
    Help maintain organized legal records, contracts, and documentation, supporting compliance and internal order across regions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have
    1–3 years of experience
    in a legal role (law firm or in-house), ideally with exposure to commercial contracts.
  • You are comfortable working with
    high volumes of contracts
    , details, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • You're organized, proactive, and persistent — you don't drop the ball and you make sure things get signed.
  • You're practical and business-oriented: you understand that the goal is to enable events to happen, safely and correctly.
  • You're a team player who enjoys working with non-legal teams and supporting fast-moving operations.
  • You're
    fluent in English
    ; additional languages are a plus.
