Partnership Lead at Tukki

Tukki is a fast-growing startup providing premium U.S. immigration services through cutting-edge technology and automation. We work directly with clients and collaborate with experienced immigration attorneys to deliver faster, higher-quality service. With a team of around 20 people, we offer a dynamic work environment and enormous opportunities for growth.

As Partnership Lead, your mission will be to build and nurture strategic relationships with partners — companies, organizations, and professionals that share our ICP. You'll create synergies, co-selling opportunities, joint visibility initiatives, and events. This role is fully relationship-driven: opening, developing, and sustaining partnerships that fuel company growth, while directly supporting the sales team in generating and closing opportunities that come through these partners.


Responsibilities
:

  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with strategic partners (companies, consultancies, agencies, communities, etc.)
  • Design and execute partnership programs that generate mutual value
  • Coordinate and participate in partner-led events (webinars, talks, fairs, conferences, workshops, etc.)
  • Represent Tukki at industry events to expand our network and forge partnerships
  • Plan and execute co-hosted events with partners (both online and offline)
  • Create co-marketing opportunities with partners (content, cross-newsletters, etc.)
  • Support the sales team in closing partnership-sourced opportunities, joining calls, meetings, and negotiations when needed
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to build joint proposals and strategies for key accounts
  • Track and report the impact of partnership activities on reach, pipeline, and sales


Requirements
:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments
  • A network in the startup or immigration ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to represent the company in public settings (events, talks, networking)
  • Creativity to design and execute joint initiatives with partners
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple partnerships and activities in parallel
  • Results-driven and commercially focused, with hands-on involvement in sales
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Proactive and flexible mindset to spot opportunities and accelerate deals
  • Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (ideally, but not required)
