Works in partnership with the region's HRBP to execute the HR strategy in the countries. Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes. Advises on HR policies and practices for effective people management.

Acts as a process specialist and provides defined services in a specific area. Solves and escalates problems timely and accurately, aiming for process improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Solves and escalates problems timely and accurately, aiming for process improvement.
  • Be the specialist and provide defined HR services for a given domain
  • Implement necessary process changes in partnership with Centers of Expertise
  • Performs organizational and data analytics and quality management for continuous improvement.
  • Works according to defined standards.
  • Actively identifies improvements following LEAN ways of working.
  • Benefits administration + Internal and ISO Audits
  • Internship Program administration
  • Offboarding, Onboarding and Relocations

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR services or support roles, with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Fluent English and Spanish
