On behalf of our client, a dynamic women-led company revolutionizing the office supplies industry, we're on the hunt for a strategic and detail-oriented Government & Corporate Sales Associate to uncover and secure new business opportunities.

About the Role:

Seek & Win: Proactively search for and evaluate government and corporate bid opportunities that align with our client's offerings.

Craft Winning Quotes: Collaborate across teams to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals that stand out.

Track & Close: Manage the end-to-end bid process, track submissions, negotiate deals, and help increase profit margins.

Grow Remotely: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position while playing a key role in a fast-scaling sales operation.

Ideal Candidate:

Bid Strategist: You're analytical and thrive on uncovering profitable opportunities.

Detail-Oriented: Your proposals are always compliant, complete, and compelling.

Goal-Driven: You can juggle multiple bids daily and focus on outcomes like win rates, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.

Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and accounting tools like QuickBooks or SAP.

Fluent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential.

Independent & Proactive: You work well solo but thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Discover and qualify at least 15 bid opportunities per day
  • Analyze bid specs and develop accurate, competitive quotes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to build strong proposals
  • Maintain records of bids, quotes, and outcomes
  • Participate in negotiations and follow-up activities
  • Stay on top of market trends and pricing strategies
