En GULF OIL ARGENTINA, buscamos incorporar un/a
Territory Manager para el Canal MCO (Motocicletas)
que lidere la estrategia comercial y el desarrollo de puntos de venta en su territorio asignado.

Tu desafío será potenciar la presencia de marca en concesionarios, talleres especializados y casas de repuestos, impulsando la venta de lubricantes y productos premium para motos.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan comercial de tu territorio, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, volumen y margen.
  • Expandir la red de puntos de venta MCO y fortalecer relaciones con concesionarios, talleres y mecánicos.
  • Implementar activaciones, programas de fidelización y eventos que conecten con la comunidad motera.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y capacitaciones sobre productos 2T, 4T y de transmisión.
  • Monitorear la competencia y generar insights de mercado que impulsen nuevas oportunidades.

Lo que esperamos de vos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en ventas B2C (idealmente en el sector automotriz, lubricantes o motocicletas).
  • Conocimientos técnicos básicos de motos y lubricantes.
  • Habilidades comerciales y capacidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio (80-90% del tiempo en campo).
  • Y sobre todo, una genuina pasión por las motos
