We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join our growing Tax Technology team. As a TBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications

- Work closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs

- Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, and other requirements artifacts for tax technology projects

- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on tax technology solutions

- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet user expectations

- Identify and document potential risks and mitigation strategies

- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business analysis processes

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field

- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on Tax Technology

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Have the ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile way

- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)

- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD)

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

- Experience in Microsoft technologies but not limited to D365, .Net, Azure cloud, ADO

- Experience in creating and leading the Business requirement dcoument gathering phase
