Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.
Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT M/F Description
Provide general administrative support to the CTO and their teams, promoting efficiency across processes associated with their roles, ensuring that operational needs are properly executed and helping to address any challenges encountered.
The role requires efficient management of time and resources, including the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate events and administrative activities, and ensure deadlines are met. It also involves optimizing available resources to enhance productivity and efficiency in the team's daily operations. The position includes the preparation of high-impact presentations and cost control for CTO areas through the ERP system (SAP). Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring logistics for all CTO positions and corporate visits received by the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all operational policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
- Maintain continuous alignment with the requests and priorities of the CTO.
- Support the management of the CTO's agenda.
- Coordinate business travel for Eramine employees traveling outside the Puna region, including air tickets, accommodation, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate, with support from the Logistics area when required, travel for personnel whose usual workplace differs from the Salta Office or whose destination is the Centenario Project. In the latter case, work jointly with the HSE area to verify that medical clearances are in place for site access.
Manage the full SAP request and materials system for all areas under the CTO, including:
Material reservations and generation of reservation numbers.
- Material cataloguing through SAP code request forms.
- Maintenance orders (electrical, mechanical, diagnostics, general installations), including order creation according to requirements and work location.
- Analysis of vendors' current accounts for the area.
- Verification of vendor registration and company assignment.
- Creation and modification of purchase requisitions (PRs) and follow-up on release strategies.
- Export of committed cost reports by cost allocation.
- Monitoring purchase order status in coordination with Procurement.
- Service entry sheets (HES).
- Export of purchase order reports by material code and by vendor (historical data).
- Data entry and follow-up in LOYAL QMS (FAD forms), including approval tracking and final submission.
- Creation of fixed asset forms, submission for approvals, and coordination of cost allocation setup.
Export of reservation status reports.
Participate in management meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Support the coordination of events involving the CTO.
- Prepare reports and presentations requested by the CTO.
- Support the Human Resources area with travel and accommodation management for personnel residing outside Salta Capital for rosters, training sessions, or other events, including PRs, POs, and service receipts.
- Support the Administration and Finance area with document control.
- Foster team morale and contribute to building strong working relationships for the success of the project, planning activities that promote cooperation among project team members.
- Strengthen partnerships with external resources, including suppliers and external researchers, by organizing commissioning logistics to site, defining requirements, preparing necessary documentation, allocating meeting rooms, and providing on-site support.
Profile
- Languages: Advanced Spanish level (mandatory), i ntermediate to advanced level of English, i ntermediate level of French (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using SAP systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar administrative or support roles.
- Degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (mandatory).
