Un Account Executive, es responsable de liderar el ciclo completo de ventas, construyendo relaciones de confianza con clientes y generando impacto tangible en sus negocios desde el momento de prospección hasta el acompañamiento en su salida a producción. El rol es clave para acelerar el crecimiento de Truora y consolidar nuestra posición como socio estratégico en la región.Misión de Truora

Responsabilidades
- Gestionar el ciclo de ventas completo (prospectar, calificar, presentar, negociar y cerrar) en cuentas de distintos tamaños e industrias
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de Account Mapping, navegando procesos de decisión complejos con múltiples stakeholders y gestionando relaciones a distintos niveles en la organización
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades actuales y anticipando oportunidades futuras
- Mantenerse en aprendizaje constante sobre las dinámicas del mercado, identificando oportunidades de mejora, innovación o desarrollo en nuestros productos y servicios para mantenernos a la vanguardia en la industria
- Preparar y presentar demos, propuestas comerciales y business cases adaptados al contexto de cada cliente
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos (Producto, Customer Success, Marketing y Legal) para garantizar un proceso comercial fluido y de alto valor
- Alcanzar y superar las metas de ventas mensuales y trimestrales
- Representar a Truora en reuniones estratégicas, eventos y foros de la industria
- Experiencia comprobada (2+ años) en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en SaaS, tecnología o servicios digitales.
- Historial demostrado de cumplimiento y superación de cuotas de ventas, con experiencia manejando cuentas de diferentes tamaños y complejidad.
- Dominio de metodologías de venta consultiva y gestión de pipeline.
- Excelente manejo de CRM
- Conocimiento avanzado en desarrollo de soluciones apoyadas en Inteligencia Artificial (AI-first mindset): capacidad de identificar, diseñar y apalancar optimizaciones con AI para resolver retos de negocio.
