Es por eso que estamos convocando un
QA Automation Engineer
que tendrá el desafío de
asegurar la calidad de las soluciones tecnológicas del Banco junto al equipo de Automation dentro de la Disciplina de Calidad
, acompañando a los equipos de desarrollo, integraciones, implementaciones, y de negocio a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del software, garantizando productos confiables, estables, satisfactorios para nuestros clientes, y alineados a los estándares del Banco.

Las principales tareas serán:

  • Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para definir estrategias de prueba adecuadas.
  • Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos de prueba automatizados funcionales y no funcionales, (integración, regresión, performance)
  • Participar activamente en proyectos tradicionales y en células ágiles.
  • Detectar, registrar, dar seguimiento y validar la resolución de defectos usando Katalon y Xray.
  • Colaborar con analistas, desarrolladores y stakeholders para asegurar la calidad de las entregas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, metodologías y buenas prácticas, representando a la Disciplina de Calidad.
  • Realizar pruebas sobre aplicaciones web, pwa, microservicios, APIs y procesos batch.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de testing y aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Documentar resultados de pruebas y generar reportes de estado en cumplimiento con metas y KPIs propuestos desde Calidad.

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia comprobable en roles como
    Automation Tester / Test architect
    , con conocimientos profundos en generación de escenarios de prueba robustos, escalables, y mantenibles.
  • Experiencia en análisis y documentación de requerimientos.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, de integración y regresión.
  • Conocimientos en
    pruebas de APIs (REST)
    y manejo de
    JSON/XML
    .
  • Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de pruebas y seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en
    metodologías ágiles
    .
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación de criterio propio respecto de la calidad.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Proactividad y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Experiencia en banca (deseable).
