Availability: Contractor (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Cloud:

Custom Development: Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Sales Cloud Configuration: Customize lead and opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards.Data Modeling: Design and implement complex data models and relationships.Security & Compliance: Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards.Automation: Create advanced flows and approval processes to streamline business operations.Integration: Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability and efficiency of custom code and configurations.

Marketing Cloud:

Email Campaign Execution: Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder.Audience Segmentation: Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate targeting.Automation & Journeys: Configure automated workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder.Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.Compliance: Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations for email marketing.

Required Skill Set

Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools.Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).HTML/CSS and AMPscript for email design and personalization.Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to create technical specification documents.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
