Availability: Contractor (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & ConfigurationBuild and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.Design and implement complex data models and relationships.Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure security and compliance.Create advanced flows and automate business processes without code.Integration & DeploymentDevelop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.Perform unit testing and ensure scalability and performance optimization of custom code.Analytics & InsightsDesign and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).Create predictive models and define KPIs to monitor business performance.Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.Integrate Salesforce data with external sources and manage ETL processes.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics environments.Collaboration & DocumentationWork closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Produce technical documentation and maintain best practices.Collaborate in Agile development environments.

Required Skill Set

Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL).Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), including dataflows, recipes, and SAQL.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools.Proficiency in ETL processes and external data integration.Knowledge of dynamic forms, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.Familiarity with Agile methodology.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform Developer II (a plus)Salesforce CRM Analytics SpecialistCopado Administrator (a plus)Own Backup Administrator (a plus)
