Webflow Developer

The Role

As a Webflow Developer at BRIGHTSCOUT, you will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive, and visually engaging websites using Webflow. You will work closely with our design, UX, and project management teams to bring creative concepts to life with pixel-perfect execution. This role requires a strong understanding of Webflow, web design principles, custom code embedding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and a passion for delivering top-tier digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand design specifications and implement them in Webflow with precision.
• Develop responsive and accessible websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Use Webflow's CMS and custom interactions to build dynamic, content-rich websites.
• Extend Webflow functionality with custom code when necessary (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow projects based on evolving requirements.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues related to layout, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Stay current on Webflow updates, design trends, and front-end development best practices.
• Provide support and training to clients and internal teams on Webflow CMS usage.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building websites in Webflow.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom embeds.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and attention to visual details.
• Familiarity with integrating tools like Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, etc.
• Experience with performance optimization and basic SEO implementation.
• Comfortable with version control tools like Git (optional but a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
