Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Production: Lead the execution and delivery of diverse graphic design materials, including digital ads, social media assets, presentations, internal communications, and print collateral.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual output is consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and other cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and managing stakeholders' expectations.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain the team's creative asset library, ensuring files are easily accessible and up-to-date

Must-have Skills 

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate marketing environment.
  • Technical Proficiency (a must): Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Highly Desired (A Strong Plus) Motion Design Skills: Experience in creating engaging animated graphics, short videos, or dynamic digital content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
