We're looking for a
Digital Content Strategist
who's equal parts storyteller, creative thinker, and tech enthusiast. You'll help shape how our brand communicates across channels — from articles and social media to campaigns and visual storytelling. This role blends creativity with strategy: writing, designing, and experimenting with new tools (including AI) to create content that's sharp, relevant, and scalable.

Your Mission

  • Create compelling content:
    Write and edit articles, blogs, newsletters, and social-media copy that reflect our brand's voice and purpose.
  • Design for digital:
    Use
    Canva
    and
    Figma
    to create on-brand visuals, campaign assets, and digital layouts.
  • Support campaigns:
    Collaborate on integrated marketing initiatives, helping to shape messaging and creative direction.
  • Optimise with AI:
    Use
    AI tools
    to research, write, design, and analyse — streamlining content creation and scaling output efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of the curve:
    Constantly explore
    emerging tech, AI tools, and content platforms
    to improve our creative processes and make our workflow faster, smarter, and more data-informed.
  • Contribute to strategy:
    Help maintain content calendars, define messaging priorities, and align all creative output with brand and business objectives.
  • Track performance:
    Support ongoing optimisation by monitoring engagement data and using insights to refine future content.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content, marketing, communications, or creative roles (agency, startup, or brand background preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English with an intuitive grasp of tone, clarity, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with
    Canva
    and
    Figma
    for content and visual creation.
  • Strong interest in
    AI tools
    and automation for content creation, design, and analytics.
  • Understanding of
    SEO basics
    , social strategy, and digital performance metrics.
  • A tech-savvy, curious mindset — someone who thrives on experimentation, learning, and improving systems.
  • Ability to work independently but collaborate effectively across teams.
