Your mission

You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships to ensure impactful brand promotion. Together, we create high-performing influencer campaigns with measurable results.

What you'll do

  • Source, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to promote brands effectively
  • Build long-term relationships and negotiate with influencers and content creators
  • Coordinate collaboration terms including content requirements, timelines, and pricing (mostly via written communication)
  • Ensure timely publication of influencer content according to campaign schedules
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
  • Track trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms

We're looking for someone who

  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Is fluent in Spanish (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Has English proficiency at B2 level or above (for influencer communication and content review)
  • Understands social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
  • Has strong analytical skills and can work with data to improve campaign performance
  • Has experience in sales (a strong plus)
