Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented
E-Commerce Manager
to lead and optimize our digital sales channels. This role will own the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including site performance, email marketing, and paid digital advertising, with the goal of driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and expanding brand reach. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with creative thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across all devices.
  • Continuously refine site structure, navigation, product pages, and checkout processes to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve KPIs and site performance.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and IT teams to implement updates and maintain platform functionality.
  • Align closely with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure accurate product listings and availability.

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Guide the execution of email and CRM campaigns to support promotional calendars, product launches, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Work cross-functionally to align email content with broader marketing efforts and brand messaging.
  • Utilize segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to enhance engagement and drive retention.
  • Monitor key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and identify opportunities to optimize performance.

Paid Digital Advertising

  • Lead the strategy and management of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and others.
  • Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, platform-appropriate ad content.
  • Stay current on evolving digital marketing trends and tools to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure consistent voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support product launches and key promotional campaigns in partnership with sales and merchandising teams.
  • Communicate regularly with customer service to monitor site-related feedback and help resolve user issues.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Define KPIs and measure performance across site, email, and advertising efforts.
  • Develop and deliver reporting dashboards and presentations with actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Use platforms like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and advertising dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
  • Experience using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot; and advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
