About the role:
As the Mobile Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team of mobile engineers responsible for delivering and continuously improving our core product.

What will you do
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of iOS and Android engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-velocity delivery.
Partner closely with the main stakeholders to align on priorities, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution across teams.
Ensure team productivity and alignment by finding opportunities in our stack & practices.
Track progress, raise issues when needed, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Be involved in the delivery of features and improvements to our mobile apps, from idea to production.
What you'll bring
Proven execution capabilities to drive initiatives forward, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and align effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams, with a strong focus on alignment, clarity, and team development.
A results-driven mindset and a doer attitude, characterized by a strong sense of ownership and a consistent drive to see initiatives through to completion.
Experience working as a mobile developer to contribute a technical perspective and guide implementation decisions when needed.
