Account Manager

I am seeking for an Account Manager who will oversee the daily accounting and bookkeeping operations for multiple US based clients. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review client books in QuickBooks Online
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closings
- Oversee the accuracy of financial reporting and client deliverables
- Coordinate workflow with bookkeeping staff
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in US accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity
- Knowledgeable of U.S. tax laws
- Must be available to work from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (U.S. time)
Rate: $1800/month
