We're hiring a Virtual Receptionist

At
Kansas City Clinic Advisors
, we're looking for a
Virtual Receptionist
to join our Patient Support team In this role, you'll provide high-quality scheduling support to primary care clinics across the United States—helping patients access care quickly, accurately, and with compassion.


Key Responsibilities:


• Answer and triage incoming patient phone calls with professionalism and empathy.


• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in alignment with provider availability and clinic protocols.


• Route messages and calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative team members.


• Communicate appointment details and preparation instructions clearly to patients.


• Monitor voicemails, message queues, and scheduling requests to ensure timely responses.


• Accurately document all patient communications and updates in the EHR (Electronic Health Records system).


• Collaborate with clinical teams to support daily workflow and scheduling accuracy.


Requirements:


• Fluent English (spoken and written)


• 1 year of experience in an appointment setter, virtual receptionist, patient scheduler, or call center role.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced workflows.


• Experience with multi-line phone systems and centralized scheduling (preferred).


• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes (preferred).


About the Role & the Company:


Hybrid position
if you're in Buenos Aires City (2 days per week in our Palermo office). Fully remote if you live outside CABA.


Full-time schedule
, working U.S CST hours (11am to 8pm Argentinian time).


Formal employment
with social security and OSDE 260 coverage.
