WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Virtually triaging clients' appointments
- Reviewing and rectifying clients' concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift and other administrative jobs as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Desirable one year of administrative experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good written and spoken English.

This is a full-time/permanent position. Immediate start

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
- Day Shift (preferred)
