The IT Internal Services team is a key part of Cloud Services, the area responsible for providing internal hardware and software support across the company. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the resilience, availability, and reliability of the systems Avature relies on.

You will collaborate with teams from multiple engineering disciplines and work hands-on with a wide variety of operating systems, cloud technologies, and third-party software used throughout the organization. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for all employees and offices.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Understand Avature's systems, as well as employees' needs and processes.
• Build, configure, and maintain hardware and software resources for production, cloud, and development environments.
• Troubleshoot ongoing incidents, ensuring quick, reliable, and effective responses.
• Maintain a flexible, open-minded, and problem-solving-oriented approach.
• Interact and collaborate with colleagues from around the globe.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for all internal technical issues.
• Perform hardware and software maintenance across three operating systems: macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding their workstations, peripherals, and software tools used in daily tasks.
• Support and manage office infrastructure, including access control systems, printers, connectivity, and surveillance systems, both hardware and software.
• Manage third-party vendors and applications, ensuring they are configured and used securely by all Avaturians who need them.

About you:

• Eager to bring your experience, learn new skills, and grow with us.
• Solid knowledge of Linux or macOS.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, plus Linux or macOS.
• Experience with LDAP and/or Active Directory.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
