Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base materials. Stay up-to-date with company tools and services. Qualifications: Minimum 100 Mbps internet speed and remote setup. Experience in technical support, preferably remote. Strong written/verbal communication and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team‑player mindset.
