GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Coordinate Demand and Supply Planning for Conosur countries at Envu, setting supply signals and deploying feasible plans to meet business needs.
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term demand planning, supply balancing, execution, and requirements planning.
• Build strong partnerships with regional planners, LATAM supply planners, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and execution.
• Coordinate production with toll manufacturers, ensuring alignment with sales plans and resolving conflicts or delays.
• Plan and manage availability of materials and active ingredients through MRP execution, purchasing, and logistics coordination.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Lead and govern end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning for Conosur (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay ..) across short, mid, and long-term horizons, ensuring reliable product availability while balancing service levels, inventory policies, capacity constraints, and cost objectives.
• Drive integrated planning, S&OE, and S&IOP processes by aligning Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions, demand prioritization, and successful product launches.
• Own supply reconciliation and allocation decisions, developing and evaluating scenarios to manage trade-offs between customer service, inventory, and cost, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Manage regional production and external manufacturing strategy, leading coordination with toll manufacturers and key suppliers to ensure capacity alignment, adherence to frozen horizons, and execution of the agreed supply plan.
• Oversee material planning and MRP governance for active ingredients, bulks, and packaging, ensuring supply continuity while driving inventory optimization and planning parameter improvements.
• Monitor supply execution, inventory health, and toller performance, proactively identifying risks and leading corrective actions to mitigate disruptions and improve operational reliability.
• Champion Supply Chain Excellence, cost optimization, and network design initiatives, leveraging analytics and digital tools (D365 Planning) to deliver productivity, savings, and process standardization across the region.
• Provide leadership coverage and strategic planning support across LATAM (including Cono Sur and Brazil) as required, ensuring alignment, continuity, and best-practice sharing.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field of study.
• 8+ years of experience in demand management, planning, and scheduling or other supply chain focus is required.
• Self-motivated leader, with the ability to steer processes and influence others who are not direct reports.
• APICS certification or post-graduation is desired.
• Key competencies | Customer Focus, Teamwork, Drives Results, Analytics, Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Mandatory Fluent Spanish and English
