Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Line Managers to support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

Internal & External Communications

  • Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage) and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with divisional and group communication teams to align brand identity and messaging.
  • Oversee content creation for websites, press releases, brochures, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
  • Administer and optimize the use of Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM system.
  • Train and support sales teams in effectively using C4C for lead management, customer tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure high data quality and adoption of CRM tools across the organization.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor and report market share, customer behavior, and campaign performance using BI dashboards and tools.
  • Lead the CRM system including the analysis of Leading Indicators.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for marketing and sales teams.

Events & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, media, and creative support.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and report ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, in industrial sectors.
  • Experience in CRM systems (especially C4C), marketing automation, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
