About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to dive into the digital marketing industry and develop their skills. You'll play a key role in creating and executing marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and achieving business goals. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and
    Hands-On ongoing campaign management across various platforms
    (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, DV360, native platforms, etc.) to achieve client goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct performance analysis, AB testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and enhance digital strategies.
  • Analyze client websites to identify opportunities for improving conversion rate (CR) performance.
  • Create analysis reports for clients, providing insights and performance analysis of their campaigns and digital marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree (-or 3rd year student) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • English Proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English -
    Must
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills - excel, GA4.
  • Strategic thinker and a problem-solver personality.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends, especially in lead generation techniques and technologies.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics-
    is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth strategies for lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
